SUPERB ANTIQUE FRENCH GOLD CRESTED MIRROR - C1900

Stunning antique French gold crested mirror in excellent conditon c1900.
Constructed of wood and gesso in a gold colour to highlight the superb carved
rococo style crest with shells, leaves and scrolls. There frame is bordered with a
raised pattern of leaves and scrolls. The corners also have decorative carved shells and scrolls.
The good quality original mirror has some speckles as shown.
The frame has some minor knocks and bumps which again is in keeping with its age.

Measures 60 inches (152cms) tall x 35 inches (89cms) wide.
