WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH CRANBERRY 'DIMPLED' GLASS 'RISE AND FALL' LANTERN

A very pretty antique French dimpled cranberry glass lantern with pierced
brass fitments which are in their as found condition, but which could be polished if required.
Originally this would have been lit by a candle at the base by means of the rise and fall chains,
but it could be easily adapted for electrical use. There is no damage to the glass shade.

Measures : Total length 72cms including ceiling fixture and chain x 18cms at the widest point of the shade x 24cms long from brass surround of glass to tip of base.
