WONDERFUL QUALITY FRENCH ANTIQUE ROCOCO STYLE DOUBLE DOOR PAINTED ARMOIRE

This beautiful French antique Rococo style double door armoire dates from around 1900
and has been painted in a Farrow and Ball 'Pavillion Gray' with 'All White' highlights, lightly distressed
and given a dark wax finish.
There is a wonderful quality carved crest to top featuring shells with flowers, scrolls and leaves,
with further carving to the sides and legs, ornate brass locks and 'escargot' feet..
The original bevelled mirrored doors are in superb condition with only very minor speckles.
The interior can be fitted with shelves and / or hanging rails from front to back and there
is a useful interior adjustable shelf with attached drawer.
As with all our wooden items it has been treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
There are a few minor knocks in keeping with its age c1900.This is a versatile piece
of quality French furniture for the bedroom, bathroom or living room storage.

It measures 270cms tall (please check your ceiling height) x 134cms wide
x 56cms deep x 42.5cms deep inside.
