SUPERB FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE PAINTED ARMOIRE

This lovely old original French 2 door Louis XV style armoire has been
painted in Farrow and Ball 'Skimming Stone' with 'Old White' panels,
then lightly distressed and given a soft wax finish. It has decorative carvings and shaped panelled doors,
ornate locks and 'escargot' feet. The interior can be fitted with a shelf with a hanging rail
attached to the underside across the whole width.
There are a few minor knocks but the overall condition is excellent. The armoire has been treated with
a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
This is a stylish and useful item and could be used for storage or as a wardrobe.
Can be dismantled for ease of delivery.

It measures 194cms tall x 138cms wide x 60cms deep externally and 49cms deep internally.
