WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH 2 DOOR ARMOIRE - HENRI II STYLE

This excellent quality French antique double door armoire in the Henri II style dates from around 1900.
In a solid walnut the armoire has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'House White'
and has been given a soft wax finish. The armiore has some wonderful decorative features
including carved crest featuring a torch and quiver with leaves and scrolls.
There reeded columns either side of the original bevelled glass doors.
With a decorative brass locks and ornate handles to the drawer.
The interior is currently fitted with shelves and can be fitted with adjustable shelf with hanging
rail from front to back. There is an additional useful drawer to the base.
As with all our wooden items it has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
There are some very minor knocks and bumps but this is in keeping with its age c1900.

The external dimensions are height is 254cms x 145.5cms wide x 57.5cms deep.
The internal depth is 37cms.
