STUNNING FRENCH ANTIQUE LOUIS XIII STYLE PAINTED ARMOIRE

This stunning, French antique armoire dates from around 1900 and is in the Louis XIII style.
Painted in Farrow and Ball 'Charleston Gray' with 'Pointing' highlights the armoire has been given
a dark wax and lightly distressed finish. This is a wonderful quality item with superb detail throughout
featuring a carved gallery to the top with stylised flower detail. There are carved finials to corners
and turned columns either side of the original glass mirrored doors.
The interior can be fitted with a shelf or hanging rails fitted from front to back inclusive in the price.
To the base there is further carving to the front of a useful drawer with decorative metal handles.
The armoire has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course and is in excellent strong and sturdy condition with minor
knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

The height is 270cms x width 155cms x external depth 54cms
the internal width 137 x internal depth is 34cms.
