WONDERFUL OLD FRENCH SINGLE
LOUIS XVI STYLE DAYBED - c1900

Wonderful French antique single capitone daybed in the Louis XVI style.
In its as found orignal off white and pale green painted frame which is now lighly distressed with
age and could be re-painted if required - please ask for details.
Upholstered in a sage green velvet style fabric which is in good condition and could
easily be uphostered in a fabric of your choice - please ask for a competitive quote.
With superb heavily carved decoration to the frame with superb reeded, carved and turned
colunms with acorn finials and sylised flowers to each corner.
The bed has been treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
In strong and sturdy condition with just a few very minor knocks and bumps in keeping age c.1900.

Dimensions are as follows: Headboard and footboard 90cms tall
Width 89cms and will require a smaller custom 2ft 8 mattress
