SUPERB QUALITY FRENCH ANTIQUE ROCOCO STYLE
5ft WIDE BED - c1900

This superb quality French antique rococo style 5ft wide bed dates from around 1900.
Made of solid walnut and walnut quartered veneer it has a wonderful warm patina.
The bed has superb carved features including a wonderful crest with shells, scrolls and flowers to the head.
There is further carving to the foot legs and side rails with 'escargot' feet.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
In strong an sturdy condition with some knocks and bumps which is in keeping with its age.

Will require a standard double mattress 135cms x 190cms - which we can supply.
Alternatively the bed could accommodate a 5ft wide x 6ft 3 custom size mattress which we can also supply.
