SUPERB OLD FRENCH HENRI II STYLE PAINTED SLEIGH BED

This superb quality old French painted sleigh bed is in the Henri II style.
Made of walnut the bed has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Lime White' and given a soft wax finish.
This style of bed was designed to be placed against a wall with one very decorative side and one plain.
This bed has some lovely decorative features including detailed carved crest to the head
with scrolls and a sheild with leaves and and to the decorative side with finials to each corner.
The bed is complete with castors and has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course and is in strong and sturdy condition with just a few minor knocks
and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will require a custom mattress 120cms x 184cms - Which we can supply.
External width 136cms x 205cms long.
The head measures 120cms tall and the foot measures 105cms tall

The bedding and base are not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
We can supply a wooden slatted or custom made base and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
