VINTAGE FRENCH LOUIS STYLE UPHOLSTERED DOUBLE BED

This wonderful old French Louis style capitone double bed has a low foot end.
The bed has an excellent quality wooden frame which is is its 'as found' conditon.
There is decorative carving surrounding the frame, featuring repeating patterns and ornate
carved finials to the foot corners.
The frame can be painted in your choice of Farrow and Ball colours if required - please ask for details.
We are offering the bed for sale for re-upholstery (please ask for a competitive quote).
The bed frame is in superb condition with just a few minor knocks and bumps.

Will require a standard mattress - 135 cms x 190cms mattress - which we can supply.
The external measurements are: Maximum width 153cms x length 205cms.
The head measures 120cms tall and the foot measures 77cms tall.
