SUPERB VINTAGE FRENCH ARTISAN HANDCARVED PROVENÇAL STYLE KINGSIZE SCROLL END BED

This wonderful vintage French kingsize cherrywood bed has been handcarved by a craftsman.
Signed and dated 1972 there is superb quality carving throughout.
With lots of decorative features including spindle rails to the panelled head and foot,
decorative carving to the foot featuring a flowers with scrolls and 'escargot' feet.
As with all our wooden items it has been treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course. In excellent strong and sturdy condition
with just a few very minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

Will require a Standard kingsize 5" x 6ft 6" mattress (150cms wide x 200cms long)
The height of the head is 106cms tall. The height of the foot is 97cms tall.

The mattress and base shown are not included in the price. We can supply a wooden slatted base
and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
