BEAUTIFULLY CARVED ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS
STYLE DOUBLE BED

This is a beautifully carved French antique Louis style double bed dates from around 1900.
In solid wood, the bed has been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Paviillion Grey' with 'Pointing' highlighs,
lightly distressed and has been given a wax finish.
There is a lovely carved crest with a bow and ribbon with flowers, leaves and scrolls.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course and is in
strong and sturdy condition with just a few minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age c1900.

The bed will require a standard double mattress which is 135cms x 190cms.
The external width is 140cms x 206cms long.
The height of the head is 158cms. The height of the foot is 104cms tall.

The bedding and base are not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
We can supply a wooden slatted or custom made base and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
