SUPERB QUALITY OLD FRENCH PAINTED BED
- LOUIS XVI STYLE

This very heavy, superb quality old French painted double bed is in the Louis XVIth style.
In its as found pale grey, lightly distressed painted with a wax finish.
This bed has some lovely decorative features including detailed carving throughout with
superb finials to each corner. The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course and is in strong and sturdy condition with just a few minor knocks
and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will take a standard double mattress which is 4ft 6 x 6ft 3 (135cms x 190cms).
External width 59 1/2" (151cms) x length 81" (211cms).
The head measures 52" (132cms) tall and the foot measures 42 1/2" (108cms) tall.

The bedding and base are not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
We can supply a wooden slatted or custom made base and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
