LOVELY ANTIQUE PAINTED DAYBED
- DIRECTOIRE STYLE c. Early19thc

Lovely antique French Directoire style daybed dating from the late 18th early 19th century.
In its original colours of pale and dark green and 'as found' naturally worn with time.
There are decoratively carved motifs to the head and foot with turned columns and legs.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm
preventative as a matter of course and are in excellent strong and sturdy condition
with just a few very minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.

The internal mattress measurements are 179cms long x 105cms wide so will need
a custom made mattress which we can supply
External dimensions : 189cms long x 111cms wide externally. Height 143cms.

The bedding and base are not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
We can supply a wooden slatted base and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
