FABULOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH PAINTED LOUIS XV ROCOCO STYLE DOUBLE BED c1890

This fabulous antique French painted rococo style double bed has been painted
in white, lightly distressed then given a soft wax finish. With wonderful
hand carving feauring a shell with roses and leaves to the headboard.
There is further decorative carving to the panelled footboard with carved leaves
to the legs, escargot feet and shaped side rails. As with all our wooden items it has been fully
treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course. The bed is in good,
strong and sturdy condition in keeping with its age c1890.

Will require a 4 ft 6" x 6ft 3" (135cms x 190cms) double mattress.
The overall measurements are 79 inches (201cms) long x 61 1/2 inches (156cms) wide
Headboard 66 inches (168cms). Footboard 35 1/2 inches (90cms).

The bedding, base and mattress are not included in the price. However we are now stocking
a range of bedlinen and can supply a wooden slatted or custom made base and a competitively
priced quality branded mattress can be supplied at no extra delivery cost within
