STUNNING OLD FRENCH CORBEILLE UPHOLSTERED KINGSIZE BED

This stunning old French demi-corbeille capitone kingsize bed has a shaped head
and curved foot end. The bed has a wooden frame in its original cream and gilded paintwork which
is now naturally faded and distressed with age. It has superb gilded wood carved detail to the head,
foot and legs with 'escargot' feet.
The bed frame is in superb condition with just a few minor knocks and bumps.
We are offering this bed complete with a custom made base included in the price.

We have re-upholstered the bed in a Designers Guild fabric 'Basquina Cassis'
A striped silk satin ground with motifs in gold and silver metallic thread.


The bed will require a custom kingsize mattress - 5ft x 6ft 6 (150cms x 200cms) with rounded ends
- which we can supply. The head measures 114cms tall and the foot measures 75cms tall.

The bedding is not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
