STUNNING ANTIQUE FRENCH DOUBLE BED

This very impressive, quality antique French double bed dates from around 1900 and is in the Henri II style.
The carved head features a removable pediment featuring swags.
There are finials to each corner. With further carving to the panelled foot and side rails.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
With some minor knocks and bumps including an old repair to the pediment as shown
the bed is in superb condition for its age c.1900.

The bed requires a 4ft 6 x 6ft (135cms x 195cms) double mattress which we can supply.
Overall width: 60" (152cms) x Length: 85" (216cms)
Height of head: 53" (135cms). Height of foot 42" or (107cms).

The bedding base and mattress shown are not included in the sale.
However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen and can supply a custom made base and
