OUTSTANDING ANTIQUE FRENCH ROSEWOOD DOUBLE BED

This is an outstanding quality French antique bed c1890.
Made of solid rosewood it has a warm patina. The head is topped with a superbly carved crest with a gallery
and finials to each corner. With further carving to the panelled foot and side rails.
The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.
With only minor knocks and bumps the bed is in superb condition for its age c.1890.

The bed requires a 4ft 6 inches x 6ft 3 inch double mattress which we can supply.
Overall width: 62" (158cms) x Length: 85" (216cms)
Height of head: 62 1/.2" (159cms). Height of foot 34 1/2" or (88cms)..

The bedding base and mattress shown are not included in the sale.
However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen and can supply a custom made base and
