WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH DOUBLE BED
- LOUIS XVI STYLE c1900

This wonderful antique French double bed dates from around 1900 in the Louis XVIth style.
In its original slightly distressed cream paintwork with gilded highlights.
This bed has some lovely decorative features including a carved a head and foot with
finials to each corner. The bed has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative
as a matter of course and is in strong and sturdy condition with just a few minor knocks
and bumps in keeping with its age.

The bed will take a standard double mattress which is 4ft 6 x 6ft 3 (135cms x 190cms).
External width 57 1/2" (146cms) x length 81" (206cms).
The head measures 45 1/2" (116cms) tall and the foot measures 38" (97cms) tall.

The bedding and base are not included in the price. However we are now stocking a range of bedlinen.
We can supply a wooden slatted or custom made base and a competitively priced quality branded mattress
at no extra delivery cost within mainland England and Wales.
