For each of our beds we can supply a good quality custom made wooden slatted base constructed of FSC solid pine. Alternatively, we can supply sprung, firm edge and hard top bases which are covered with fabric to match our mattresses - also available in ticking fabric. Examples below:

The depth of the base required is different for each type of bed, for example:
An iron and brass bed would require a base like a Hard Top base at around 1 inch deep.
A wooden bed would require a base at around 4 inches deep like the Firm Top or Sprung base.
