WONDERFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH COUNTRY COMTOISE CLOCK c1900

Superb old French country comtoise clock dating from c1900,
With handpainted flowers and scrolls to the wooden case. With a superb ornamental pressed brass pendulum
and surround around the clock face featuring flowers, wheat and swirls and corn around top of the clock.
The enamel face is in very good condition.
The mechanism appears clean and complete, though we have not tried to get it to work we are confident
that it would take only a small amount of work to do so and has the cast iron weights.
The case is in good condition with some loss of paint minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
There are some old woodworm holes - long since gone and the case has been fully treated
with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course.

It measures 232cms tall x 48 cms wide x 29cms deep.
