STUNNING ANTIQUE FRENCH MARRIAGE DOME

This stunning antique French Marriage Dome would have
been presented to the bride and groom on their wedding day and dates from around 1900.
There is a wonderful bevelled glass mirror in the centre with minor speckles as shown,
surrounded by gilded tolware decoration featuring a bird, leaves, flowers and smaller mirrors.
These stand above a faded and worn pink silk cushion with gilded toleware flower buttons on
which sit mementos of the wedding day including a waxed flower bud tiara.
The original glass dome is in perfect condition as is the black wooden base on which it stands.

Measurements 51cms tall x 32cms wide
