ELEGANT ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS XVI STYLE
BONHEUR DU JOUR DESK / WRITING TABLE C1900

This very pretty antique French writing desk dates from around 1900 and has been painted in Farrow and Ball
'Old White' with 'Lime White' highlights to the carved decoration and has been lightly
distressed and given a soft wax protective finish.
There is a large central drawer with with key, two smaller drawers to each side and above those
two open pigeon holes and central letter holder with an elegant curved back and four fluted legs.
The desk is in strong and sturdy condition and has been treated
with woodworm as a preventative as a matter of course.
