BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH MARRIAGE DOME

This is a gorgeous example of an antique French Marriage Dome, which would have
been presented to a bride and groom on their wedding day around 1900.
It has a profusion of ceramic flowers, on a frame of gilded brass leaves and grapevines and bunches of grapes.
With a gilded bird carrying and laurel wreath. There are four bevelled edged mirrors the large central
mirror has some speckles and loss of silvering and sits on red velvet background
There is a red velvet cushion with gilded flowers buttons on which would sit momentos of the day.
The original glass dome is in perfect condition as is the black wooden base on which it stands.
