WONDERFUL PAIR OF ANTIQUE FRENCH LOUIS XVI STYLE
CANE CHAIRS c.1900

This wonderful pair of Louis XVI style French chairs have canework to the back and seat.
The chairs are in thier original French grey painted wood finish and are naturally distressed with age.
There is superb carving around the frames featuring a ribboned bow to the top.
The stretchers and frames are in good sturdy condition.
The original cane to the back rests are is in good condition however the canework to
the seats needs to be re-caned or could be upholstered in a calico coer ready for upholstery
with your choice of fabric within the price.
As with all our wooden items they have been woodworm treated as a matter of course.
