STUNNING ANTIQUE FRENCH MARRIAGE INTERIOR dated 1899

This is a wonderful example of an antique green velvet French Marriage interior has a
pale silk cushion with ribbons which would have been presented to a bride
and groom as a momento of their wedding day - it is rare to find one which is dated as
this one is - it reads '10 June 1899' with the initials of the bride and groom either side AG and JB.
With superb gilded metal leaves featuring a bird with a laurel wreath to the top.
There is a central bevelled edge mirror which has been hand paintedwith flowers.

There is no glass dome to this interior but it is a beautiful item and has the original black wooden base
on which it stands or can be removed easily.
