French late 19th century marriage dome in its original condition.
Very decorative Antique French marriage globe.
Traditionally given to a bride and groom to commemorate their wedding day.
Featuring gilded brass bird and leaves, flower and mirror decoration on a red velvet cushion.
All contained within a glass dome on a wooden base.
This example still has the minature ceramic figures of a bride and groom.

Measurements 54cms (21inches) tall x 30cms (13inches) wide.
